The Asset Defender is an educational life insurance experience presented by Retirement Wealth Professionals ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on theassetdefender.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and state, plus anything you choose to share about coverage amount or term length.
• Chat messages: questions you type into our AI guide and the answers it gives.
• Quote and application details: if you continue to our quoting tool, what you enter there is collected by our quoting and application partner and the insurance carrier you choose, under their own privacy policies.
• Basic site data: pages visited, device and browser type, and similar analytics collected through cookies.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, health history or payment details on this site. Those are entered only in a carrier's secure application.

How we use it

• To show you quotes and help you apply for coverage you request
• So a licensed agent can follow up on your quote and answer your questions
• To send the text messages and emails you've agreed to receive
• To improve the site and our educational content
• To meet legal, licensing and regulatory requirements

When we share it

We share information only as needed to serve you: with the insurance carriers you choose to apply with, with our quoting and application platform, and with service providers who help us run this site, our CRM and our messaging, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from The Asset Defender (Retirement Wealth Professionals) at the number you provided. Transactional messages relate to your quote and application; marketing messages, only if you opt in separately, include educational tips and offers. Message frequency varies. Our AI guide

The chat assistant on this site is AI. It provides general education only, doesn't recommend products, and hands personal questions to a licensed agent. Please don't share medical, payment or ID details in chat. Chat transcripts are stored in our CRM so an agent can follow up.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by insurance record-keeping rules.
